Niyi Adesanya is a distinguished African consulting expert known for transforming organizational development and leadership strategies. As CEO of FifthGear Plus, he advises top-tier clients across major sectors, driving significant business growth through his innovative MACE procedure. A celebrated Performance Strategist and speaker, Niyi inspires global audiences with his keynote addresses and leads Africa’s premier leadership program, the Niyi Adesanya Leadership Bootcamp. He has received multiple accolades, including Nigeria’s Foremost Performance Strategist award and the African Prize for Leadership Excellence. Author of six books on leadership and performance, Niyi’s holistic approach empowers individuals and organizations to achieve lasting transformation.

Iroghama Ogbeifun is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Starzs Investments Company Limited, where she oversees the management and operations of a fleet of eleven vessels supporting the deep offshore oil exploration and production activities of international oil companies in Nigeria. An alumna of Harvard Business School’s OPM Programme, she holds certifications in Commercial Risk in Shipping from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy and ABC of Shipping from the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping. She serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Ship Owners Association of Nigeria (SOAN), a Board Trustee of The R.E.A.C.H Nigeria Foundation, a Board Member of Lagos Liga, and a member of the Governing Board of NIMASA. She is also a Founding Member and Sponsorship Director of the Women in Energy Network (WIEN), and holds memberships and fellowships with several professional organisations.

A serial entrepreneur and passionate advocate for women in the energy sector, Iroghama founded Hairven, a beauty and wellness brand, and Stratom Concept Limited, with interests spanning logistics, construction, and FMCGs across Lagos and Rivers States. She won the inaugural edition of The Next Titan in 2013 and has since received numerous recognitions, including Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Outstanding Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Most Respected CEO in Nigeria (Maritime), Amazon of the Maritime Industry, and Rising Star of the Year at NOG Energy Week. In 2024, she was honoured for Business Expansion and Consolidation at the Nigeria Credit Industry Awards, while in 2025 she received the Women in Leadership Award for Promoting Women Empowerment from NCDMB in collaboration with Sweetcrude Reports.
