A celebrated Performance Strategist and speaker, Niyi inspires global audiences with his keynote addresses and leads Africa’s premier leadership program, the Niyi Adesanya Leadership Bootcamp. He has received multiple accolades, including Nigeria’s Foremost Performance Strategist award and the African Prize for Leadership Excellence. Author of six books on leadership and performance, Niyi’s holistic approach empowers individuals and organizations to achieve lasting transformation.

Pastor Agu Irukwu is a distinguished leader, lawyer, and public speaker known for his strategic insight and ability to bridge faith, leadership, and social transformation. For over two decades, he has served as the Senior Pastor of Jesus House for All Nations, London, one of the UK’s most influential churches, shaping leaders and inspiring communities across the globe.
Trained as a lawyer at the University of Warwick, Pasor Agu began his career in finance and law before devoting himself to ministry. His leadership extends beyond the church—he has served as President of Churches Together in England, Chairman of the RCCG UK, and Vice Chairman of the Church Works Commission. He also co-patrons HOPE UK with the Archbishop of Canterbury and is part of the leadership of The Windsor Group, a network of senior Christian leaders.
Passionate about prayer, mentorship, and social impact, Pastor Agu founded Prayer Watch Nigeria, The Prayer Shield UK, and Bright Futures for African Children. His national and international influence has earned him numerous recognitions, including being named the Most Inspirational Black Person in the UK (2012) and receiving the Alphage Medal for Evangelism from the Archbishop of Canterbury.
