Iroghama Ogbeifun is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Starzs Investments Company Limited, where she oversees the management and operations of a fleet of eleven vessels supporting the deep offshore oil exploration and production activities of international oil companies in Nigeria. An alumna of Harvard Business School’s OPM Programme, she holds certifications in Commercial Risk in Shipping from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy and ABC of Shipping from the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping. She serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Ship Owners Association of Nigeria (SOAN), a Board Trustee of The R.E.A.C.H Nigeria Foundation, a Board Member of Lagos Liga, and a member of the Governing Board of NIMASA. She is also a Founding Member and Sponsorship Director of the Women in Energy Network (WIEN), and holds memberships and fellowships with several professional organisations.

Oluwole Olushola Oni is a distinguished finance and tax professional, transformational leadership practitioner, executive coach, author and strategic advisor with extensive experience spanning the financial services sector, consulting, taxation and organisational leadership.
With over 28 years of professional experience, Oluwole has built a career across consulting, finance, oil and gas, banking and tax administration. His professional journey includes 18 years within leading financial institutions, including First Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer of BGL Asset Management. His breadth of boardroom and institutional experience informs his work with founders, senior executives, management teams and institutions seeking to strengthen leadership capability, strategic thinking and organisational performance.
He currently serves in senior tax administration at Nigeria’s revenue authority, with professional responsibilities encompassing the taxation of non-resident persons and entities. His areas of expertise include international taxation, Permanent Establishment, digital economy taxation, tax policy, compliance, process automation and stakeholder engagement. He has contributed to policy and technical discourse on emerging tax issues, including the taxation of the digital economy.
